About Hannah

Hannah is a certified Yoga Therapist and Yoga Teacher who offers group classes and private sessions.  She has extensive experience and training in Himalayan Hatha Yoga, Hot Power Yoga, Prana Kriya, Pregnancy Yoga, Meditation & Mindfulness, and Reiki.  

 

Combining scientifically proven techniques with a holistic healing approach, Hannah guides and empowers people to truly reconnect with themselves.  Her teachings are dedicated to helping people transform their lives via all aspects of yoga and energy healing.
